Ketika pabrik pembuatan pakaian dalam mereka bangkrut, para pekerja yang kebanyakan perempuan, berusaha untuk mengambil alih perusahaan dengan membuat koperasi. Ketika proyek ini mulai terbentuk, mereka menghadapi bos dan realitas pasar. Perusahaan kecil mereka menjadi teater di mana, ekonomi dasar dan isu sosial bermain diantara celana dalam dan bra, dari petualangan dan usaha bersama terwujudlah kebebasan baru.

When their lingerie factory goes bankrupt, the employees, mostly women, attempt to take it over by forming a cooperative. As their project takes shape, they come up asgainst their boss and the reality of the marketplace. Their little enterprise becomes a thater where, in an impish tone, fundamental economic and social issues are played out amidst the bras and panties, out of their adventure and struggles together comes a new-found freedom.
