Dengan kisah sekilas tentang kehidupan keluarga Desa Srunen berlatar peristiwa letusan gunung Merapi tahun 2010, film ini mencoba menggambarkan kemungkinan segala sesuatu di dunia terus hidup dan tumbuh betapapun bencana sangatlah dekat sehingga waktu seperti tak berarti. Manusia tidak dapat dipisahkan dari alamnya, gambar rekaman sebelum dan sesudah erupsi menjadi ilustrasi bahwa kehidupan dapat dimulai kapanpun.
The film is about a glance of family life in Desa Srunen at the time of Mount Merapi explosion in 2010. This film is trying to capture the world’s possibility to keep alive and to grow although the disaster is so near so that time as if meaningless. Humans cannot be separated from their nature; the pre and post eruption picture have become the illustration that the life can be begun anytime.
